The device is built with a glass front, ceramic back, and TC4 titanium frame. It supports eSIM, 50m water resistant, 5 ATM and Compatible with standard 22mm straps. The smartwatch is integrated with sensors such as Accelerometer, gyro, heart rate, barometer, compass, SpO2, and thermometer (body temperature).

Huawei Watch 4 Pro comes with 1.5 inches LTPO AMOLED that provides 466 x 466 pixels. The smartwatch features Email and IM options alongside Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, Speaker, Multi-sports mode, Heart rate monitor, Blood oxygen monitor, Blood pressure monitor and Waterproof 5ATM. The smartwatch can last up to 4.5 days.
